甘肃省主要恶性肿瘤疾病负担分析

目的分析甘肃省居民主要恶性肿瘤的疾病负担,为制定肿瘤干预措施及合理配置卫生资源提供科学依据。方法以WHO公布的最新疚病负担数据及甘肃省第3次死因回顾抽样调查报告为基础,用伤残调整生命年测算各肿瘤的疾病负担。结果甘肃省疾病负担较重的前四位恶性肿瘤依次为胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、肺癌。结论甘肃省恶性肿瘤的疾病负担远高于全球和中国区水平,应加强该地区恶性肿瘤的预防和控制工作。

Disease burden of common malignant neoplasms in Gansu Province

Objective To provide scientific basis for planning preventive measures through estimation the disease burden of common malignant neoplasm.Methods Disability adjusted life years were calculated to evaluate the disease burden of common malignant neoplasms,based on the date from the third sampling survey of death cause in Gansu Province.Results The top four disease burden of malignancy in Gansu Province according to disability adjusted life years were stomach,liver,esophagus and lung cancer.Conclusion The disease burden is relatively high caused by common cancer in Gansu Province,stomach,liver,esophagus and lung cancer are the major cancers for disease control and prevention in this area.
