枸橼酸莫沙比利促进老年患者腹部术后通气的应用

目的探讨枸橼酸其沙比利对老年患者腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法选取258例因胃溃疡、十二指肠球部溃疡、胆胆囊炎、胆囊结石、胃癌、结直肠癌等疾病进行手术治疗的60岁以上的老年患者,随机分为枸橼酸莫沙比利治疗组及对照组,分析两组患者术后肠蠕动恢复时间、肠道通气时间、住院天数及并发症的差异性。结果治疗组术后首次排气时间(43.89±12.78)h,首次排便时间(58.14±12.34)h,恶心呕吐及腹腹胀的发生率分别为9.3%和3.1%,并发症发生率为5.0%,平均住院天数为12.7d;对照组术后首次排气时间(59.12±19.65)h,排便时间(70.34±21.03)h,恶心呕吐及腹胀的发生率分别15.0%和10.0%,总并:发症发生率22.5%,平均住院天数10.3 d。治疗组术后首次排气和排便时间显著提前,并发症发生率显著降低,2组比较差别均有统计学意义。结论老年患者腹部术后应用枸橼酸莫沙比利可以行效促进胃肠道功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间。

Exploratory research of mosapride citrate enhancement ventilate after operation on abdominal region of gerontal patient

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of mosapride citrate after operation on abdominal region of gerontal patient.Methods The index such as the coincidence time of enterokinesia,the duration of ventilation of intestinal tract,the length of stays in hospital of the two groups of patients were investigated who were randomly divided into two groups based on the end of admission number,the treatment group who was treated with mosapride citrate and the control group.Those 258 cases of gerontal patients had been operated because of the disease such as gastric ulcer,duodenal bulb ulcer,cholecystitis,cholecystolithiasis and so on,and had the record of the adverse effects and the complications.Results The results for the treatment group and the control group were as follows:the first venting time was(43.89±12.78) h and(59.12±19.65) h,the first defecation time was(58.14±12.34) h and(70.34±21.03) h;the incidence rate of nausea and emesia was 9.3%,3.1%and 15.0%,10.0%;the incidence rate of total complication was 12.4%.and 22.5%;the stay in hospital was 12.7 d and 10.3 d.The differences in the first venting time,defecation time and the incidence rate of complication between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion Using mosapride citrate for gerontal patients after operation on abdominal region can promote the function recovery of the stomach intestine,decrease the incidence rate of total complication and shorten the length of stays in hospital.
