| 摘 要： | 目的研究全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)、多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者血小板膜糖蛋白变化的意义。方法采用流式细胞仪测定SIRS、MODS患者的CD62P、CD63阳性血小板的百分率。结果SIRS、MODS患者的CD62P、CD63较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01);MODS组CD62P、CD63高于SIRS组(P<0.01);死亡组CD62P、CD63高于存活组(P<0.01)。结论SIRS、MODS患者血小板活化明显,血小板活化程度与病情、预后有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with SIRS and MODS.Methods CD62P,CD63 of SIRS and MODS patients were measured by flow cytometry(FCM).Results CD62P,CD63 of patients with SIRS and MODS were obviously higher than normal controller;CD62p,CD63 of MODS patients were significantly higher than those of SIRS;CD62P,CD63 of non-survivor were also significantly higher than survivor.Conclusions Significant platelet activation occurs in SIRS and MODS patients.The degree of platelet activation is correlated to the severity of disease and prognosis. |
