冠状动脉支架置入宿主体内生物相容性反应的检验学评价

摘    要:状动脉支架置入后与宿主的生物相容性引起宿主置入局部组织反应,这些反应包括蛋白、细胞和其他血液成分的沉积或凝血系统、补体、酶、纤维蛋白原等相关因子的反应。文章检索并分析了冠状动脉支架置入后生物相容性反应相关的文献,提示冠脉支架置入后可以检验学相关项目评价对支架置入局部组织的反应,如炎症反应、免疫反应、血液反应,并可以此评估支架置入后细胞生长、细胞亲和性、支架降解产物对机体和细胞的不良影响,从而指导临床更好的了解支架自身性能及其与宿主生物相容性反应的表现特征。

Abstract:The biocompatibility of coronary stent after planted to treat coronary artery disease often leads to responses in implanted sites such as deposition of albumen, cell and other blood constituent or responses of coagulation system, complement, enzyme and fibrin. In this paper, we retrieved articles about biocompatible responses following coronary stenting. The articles indicate that we can evaluate the responses in implanted sites following coronary stenting such as inflammatory reaction, immune reaction, and blood reaction to assess cell growth, cellular affinity, and adverse effects of scaffold degradation products on body and cell so that we can better know the properties of scaffold and biocompatibility of scaffold to host in clinic.
