| 摘 要： | 脑中风后肌力值易受体位变化而不稳定,尤其在Brunnstrom氏运动功能评定达到Ⅱ～Ⅲ级时最为明显.对98例中风偏瘫病人的肌力进行怦定,结果支持肌力作为中枢性病损的诊断和康复评价的客观指标已失去可信性这一观点,宜改用Brunnstrom氏、Fugl-Meyer等功能评定方法.

| Abstract: | The muscle strength of stroke patient is fluctuating with the patient's positioning, especially at the stages II and III of the Brunnstrom Stages. An evaluation of 98 stroke patients showed that muscle strength is not a reliable index for diagnosis and rehabilitation evaluation of damage of the central nervous sysyem, and Brunnstrom and Fugl-Meyer Movement measurement scale should be employed. |
