| 摘 要： | 应用肌电反馈与肌电触发的肌肉电刺激治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者腕指伸肌功能障碍60例,30次为1疗程,总有效率83.4％,与对照组比较,显著的提高了瘫痪肢体的康复程度,差异极显著且无副作用。

| Abstract: | The affected wrist extensors and extensors communis digitorium of 60 hemiplegic patients caused by stroke were treated with myoelectric feedback and myoelectricity-triggered electric muscle stimulation for 30 times as a session. After treatment the functions of both muscles of 83. 4 % of the patients were significantly improved compared to the control group. It is concluded that myoelectric feedback in conjunction with myoelectricity-triggered electric muscle stimulation can facilitate recovery of the functions of paralised limbs and has no side effects. |
