摘    要:目的:评价6种方案治疗早期梅毒的经济效果。方法:将1516例早期梅毒患者随机分为普鲁卡因青霉素、头孢曲松钠、苄星青霉素、阿奇霉素、米诺环素、多西环素6组,运用药物经济学方法分析其成本-效果。结果:6种方案药品成本分别为36.8、51.8、37.9、18.3、180.9、47.6元,平均有效率分别为93.35%、90.13%、88.36%、68.54%、87.38%、87.88%;在阿奇霉素方案的基础上,每再获1个单位效果,方案普鲁卡因青霉素、头孢曲松钠、苄星青霉素、米诺环素、多西环素所需追加的成本分别为74.57、155.16、98.89、863.06、151.50元。结论:普鲁卡因青霉素方案较佳。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the cost- effectiveness of six therapeutic regimens for early syphilis. METHODS: A total of 1 516 patients with early syphilis were randomly divided into 6 groups: procaine penicillin group, ceftriaxone sodium group, benzathine benzylpenicillin group, azithromvein group, minocyeline group and doxycycline group. The cost- effectiveness of the 6 groups was compared using the method in pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS: The costs for the 6 schemes were 36. 8 yuan, 51. 8 yuan, 37. 9 yuan, 18. 3 yuan, 180. 9 yuan and 47. 6yuan, respectively; the average effective rates were 93. 35% , 90. 13% , 88. 36% , 68. 54% , 87. 38% and 87. 88% , respectively; on the basis of azithromvein group, the incremental costs for every one unit increment of effectiveness for procaine penicillin group, ceftriaxone sodium group, benzathine benzylpenicillin group, minocyeline group and doxycycline group were 74. 57 yuan, 155. 16 yuan, 98. 89yuan, 863. 06 yuan and 151. 50yuan, respectively. CONCLUSION: Procaine penicillin group is preferable among the 6 groups in cost- effectiveness.
