消癥丸对激素负荷大鼠子宫肌瘤的影响

摘    要:目的:观察消癥丸对雌激素、孕激素负荷大鼠子宫肌瘤的影响。方法:采用雌激素、孕激素肌注的方法制备大鼠子宫肌瘤模型。连续给药4个月,末次给药后2h取血,电化学免疫法测血清中雌激素和孕激素水平;取子宫、卵巢,计算脏器系数,进行病理组织学检查。结果:模型对照组大鼠血清雌激素水平升高,子宫重量增加,瘤样增生。与模型对照组比较,消癥丸(960mg/kg)能显著降低激素负荷大鼠的血清雌二醇水平;消癥丸(960mg/kg、1440mg/kg)能降低大鼠子宫重量及脏器系数、子宫壁厚度;改善子宫的病理组织形态学。结论:消癥丸具有抗激素负荷大鼠子宫肌瘤的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaozhengwan (XZW) on hysteromyoma of rats induced by estrogen-and-progesterone-burden. Methods: Hysteromyoma rat model was made by intramuscular injection of estrogen and progesterone. Wistar rats, female, after being treated for 4 months, the blood of rats was collected to assay the concentration of estrogen and progesterone in serum with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method 2 hours after the last administration, the uterus and ovary were removed to calculate its organ coefficient, and the uterus pathohistology examination was further done. Results: Estrogen in serum and weight of uterus in model rats were increased. Compared with model group, XZW (960 mg/kg) can decrease the level of estrogen in serum (P<0.05); XZW (960 mg/kg, 1440 mg/kg) can decrease organ weight, organ coefficient and MUWT of uterus (P<0.05~0.01); improved the pathohistology characteristics of uterus under light microscope. Conclusion: Xiaozhengwan had the effect on anti-hysteromyomain estrogen-and-progesterone-burden rats.
