| 摘 要： | 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobactor pylori,HP)感染与胃黏膜萎缩和肠上皮化生的关系.方法分析胃黏膜病理活检124例,Giemsa染色以确定HP感染是否存在.结果在124例胃黏膜活检中,HP感染者54例,肠上皮化生者32例,HP感染同时伴肠上皮化生者26例,HP感染在慢性活动性胃炎中的检出率较高.结论肠上皮化生与HP感染密切相关(P＜0.01),而与性别及年龄无关,因此,HP感染可诱导胃癌的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation of helicobactor pylori infection to atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa. Methods Analysis Biopsy samples of gastric mucosa from 124 patients were analyzed.The helicobactor pylori was identified by Giemsa staining. Results Of 124 patients, 54 were positive for helicobactor pylori, 32 for intestinal metaplasia, and 26 patients for both. High detection rate of helicobactor pylori was found in patients with chronic active gastritis. Conclusions Intestinal metaplasia is closely related to helicobactor pylori infection ( P < 0.01),but not to age and sex;hence, gastric cancer may be promoted by helicobactor pylori inflection. |
