| 摘 要： | 110例4～39岁屈光不正患者用日本AR-3000型自动电脑验光机进行小瞳孔电脑验光、散瞳电脑验光和散瞳检影验光、对照分析结果表明,电脑验光与检影验光两种方法相关系数很大,小瞳电脑验光与散瞳电脑验光两者对比有差距,柱镜度差距小,球镜度差距大,4～16岁者差距尤为显著,故此年龄组屈光不正患者仍以散瞳验光更为准确可靠。

| Abstract: | The ages of ametropic patients in 110 cases ranged from 4to 39 years old.All of the cases with normal pupil and dilated pupil wereexamined with AR-3000 auto-refractometer made in Japan,but dilated pupilwas also examined with retinoscopy simultaneously.The results ofthe analysis of contrast between the method of auto-refractometer andretinoscopy show that there are not only a large coeffient of correlation,but also some distinctions between normal pupil and dilated pupil refrac-tion examined with auto-refractometer.The distinctions are small in cylin-drical degree but large in spherical degree,in the group aged from 4 to16 these distinctions are particularly obvious.The authors think that themethod of dilated pupil refraction is much reliable in the treatment ofametropic patients from 4 to 16. |
