| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨前交叉韧带重建手术胫前皮肤切口与胫前皮肤感觉障碍的关系。方法:2007年10月~2008年6月,采用不同技术重建前交叉韧带共223例病例,其中50例得到随访,根据不同的切口类型分为小切口组、斜切口组、直切口组与后内切口组4组,测量各组胫前皮肤感觉障碍区域的面积,采用方差分析比较各组间皮肤感觉障碍面积的差异。结果:小切口组切口长度与斜切口组、直切口组、后内切口组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);对于感觉减退区域的面积,小切口组、斜切口组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.800),直切口组、后内切口组之间差异也无统计学意义(P=0.316),而小切口组、斜切口组与直切口组、后内切口组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用小切口和斜切口可以减少前交叉韧带重建术后胫前皮肤感觉障碍的面积。
