| Abstract: | The article analyzed the importance of implementing position appointment for specialized techni- cal personnel in military hospital, and interpreted the policy of insuring the long - term development of professional career of the employed personnel. Focusing on the formulation of implementing details of position appointment, the author introduced the concrete measures and experiences, which would provide some theoretical and practical evi- dences for the improvement of integrated quality of the employed staff in military hospital, and the long - term sus- tainable development. |
