| 摘 要： | 目的研究小学生接种乙型肝炎疫苗的免疫效果。方法对城区10所小学利用整群随机抽样方法进行乙肝疫苗免疫效果的检测。结果接种乙肝疫苗7年的抗．HBs阳性率达75．31％，12年达38．46％。各年级间免疫率差异有非常显著性，并且抗体水平随着年龄的增加而慢慢消失。结论为提高乙肝疫苗的免疫效果，应该于7岁时进行乙肝疫苗加强接种。
