| 摘 要： | 目的：对通心络治疗抗精神病药物所致心电图ST－T改变的疗效和安全性作出评价。方法：采用随机对照，治疗组50例，给予通心络胶囊1次4粒，1日3次。对照组50例，给予Co-Q10,1次20mg,1日3次。2周后进行心电图、疗效及毒副作用评估。结果：治疗组总有效率90％，对照组66％，治疗组效果明显优于对照组，P＜0．01。结论：通心络胶囊治疗抗精神病药物所致心电图ST－T改变疗效确切，无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Tong Xing Luo in the treatment of ECG ST-T changes Caused by antipsychotic drugs. Methods:100 cases were divided at random into 2 groups, Tong Xing Luo group (50 cases, 4 capsu1es of Tong Xing Luo three times a day orally) and control group (50 cases,Co-Q 10 ,20 mg three times a day).After 2 weeks, evaluations were made on the ECG, therapeutic efficacy and side effects.Results:The total effective rate of Tong Xing Luo group was 90% While it was 66% it the control group. Conclusions:Tong Xing Luo was effective in treating ST-T changes caused by amipsychotic drugs without any side effects. |
