反相高效液相色谱法测定重楼分散片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ的含量

摘    要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定重楼分散片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ含量方法,为控制重楼分散片的质量提供依据。方法色谱柱为Waters Symmetry Shield TMRP18柱,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为203nm,以乙腈-水(41:59)为流动相,室温操作。结果该方法线性范围为2.112-21.112μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%(RSD=1.48%,n=6)。结论反相高效液相色谱法测定重楼分散片中重楼皂苷Ⅰ含量简便、准确,结果稳定,重复性好。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method of reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) for determining the parissaponin Ⅰ content in gongxuening oliv dispersible tablets. Methods Hypersil Waters Symmetry Shield TMRP18 column was selected as the medium for analyzing the samples at room temperature,and acetonitrile-water(41 : 59)as the mobile phase,and the velocity of flow was l. 0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was 203 nm. Results The standard curve was linear at the range of 2. 112-21. 112 μg (r=0. 999 9),the average recovery was 99.8-(RSD=1. 48%,n=6). Conclusion RP-HPLC is sensitive,accurate,simple,and repeatable method for detecting parissaponin gongxuening oliv dispersible tablets; parissaponin Ⅰ; RP-HPLC content in gongxuening oliv dispersible tablets.
