| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄芪注射液治疗肝炎后肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法：将71例肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者随机分成对照组（西药综合疗法）及治疗组（西药综合疗法＋黄芪注射液），观察治疗前后临床症状和体征及血清胆红素（T－BIL）、血清白蛋白（ALB）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）的变化。结果：治疗组临床症状和体征改善较快；治疗组血清胆红素下降幅度和白蛋白上升幅度均优于对照组，结论：黄芪注射液能明显改善患者症状，改善肝硬化患者肝脏蛋白质的合成功能，能保护肝细胞膜，促进肝脏功能的恢复 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study Huangqi injection for ascites due to posthepatitic cirrhosis Methds 71 cases were divided into cortrol group (western medicine treatment) and treatment group (combination of western medicine and Huangqi injection) randomly. Serum TBIL, ALB and ALT were measured. Results: The serum TBIL level was decreased while serum ALB increased apparently compared with control group. Conclusion Huangqi injection might significantly improve symptoms promote albumin synthsis, protect the membrane of liver cells and improve hepatilic function. |
