香港明爱医院中风病人护理模式及借鉴

笔者通过参加专科护士培训赴香港明爱医院中风病房进行了2个月的临床实习,感受到香港明爱医院对中风病人在急性期、康复期及返社区跟进期的护理模式颇具特色.中风病人急性期入住急性中风病房,有跨学科的专业化医护团队提供治疗护理,有明确的治疗及护理指标,有系统的临床路径安排,设有标准的护理程序;中风病人康复期的护理分为住院康复护理和日间康复中心护理,节省了医疗资源,缓解了病房的住院压力;中风病人返社区跟进期继续接受延续性的护理,提高病人回归社区后的生活质量.香港明爱医院中风病人的护理具有规范、整体、高效、连续、重视病人回归社区能力的培养等特点,对我国大陆地区中风护理的发展具有重要的指导意义,值得借鉴学习.培养中风专科护理人才,建立规范化急性中风病房.加强多方面的康复护理,完善延续性护理服务是我国大陆地区可借鉴发展的方向.
