| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨天南星醇提取物对人K562细胞的细胞凋亡作用.方法:采用四唑盐比色法(MTT)测定天南星醇提取物对人K562细胞的抑制作用,采用流式细胞术检测天南星醇提取液对人K562细胞凋亡的影响.结果:天南星醇提取液可明显抑制人K562细胞株的增殖,实验组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).IC<,50>达到65.07 μg·mL<'-1>.流式细胞学检查发现天南星提取物处理后的人K562细胞出现凋亡现象,且有一定的量效和时效关系.结论:天南星醇提取液能抑制体外培养人K562细胞的增殖,可能是通过诱导K562细胞的凋亡来实现的.
