摘    要:目的 测定石杉碱甲缓释贴片中石杉碱甲的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Agilent Zorbax Ehipse DXB-C18柱,甲醇-0.8%三乙胺溶液(pH 10.5)(体积比55∶45)为流动相,检测波长为313 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为30 ℃,进样量20 μl.结果 石杉碱甲在0.155~2.472 μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996).平均回收率为96.44%,相对标准差(RSD)=1.14%.结论 本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To determine the content ot huperzme A m nuperzme a sustalneo-release patcnes. Methods The huperzine A sustained-release patches were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on Agilent Zorbax Ehipse DXB-C18 column with 0.8% triethylamine (pH 10.5, V/V 55:45) as the mobile phase, a detection wavelength of 313 nm, a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, a column temperature of 30 ~C and a sample amount of 20 p,L. Results The huperzine A showed a favorable linearity in a range from 0.155 to 2.472 μg/ml (r=0.9996). The mean recovery was 96.44% (RSD=l.14%). Conclusion The method in this study appeared simple and exclusively accurate, which justifies its use in quality control of huperzine A preparations.
