| 摘 要： | 3例患者均诊断为肝炎肝硬化乙型活动性,因黄疸升高给予复方茵陈注射液50 mL加入10%葡萄糖注射液(或5%葡萄糖注射液)100 mL静滴。3例患者分别在用药后当天、第2天、第3天,出现双侧腮腺肿大,立即停用复方茵陈注射液,给予对症治疗或不处理,均在停药第2天症状消失。

| Abstract: | Three patients who were diagnosed as hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis received an intravenous infusion of Fufangyinchen injection 50 mL and glucose injection(5% or 10%) 100 mL for the treatment of jaundice.After 1,2,3 days,3 cases experienced bilateral swelling of parotid gland,respectively.Fufangyinchen injections were stopped,one day later their symptoms disappeared with or without symptomatic treatment. |
