摘    要:目的应用人宫颈鳞癌组织细胞核蛋白提取物与特异ETS1基因探针序列结合,经凝胶滞留电泳(EMSA)分析其结合能力。初步探讨ETS1作为转录因子在人宫颈鳞癌发生、进展中的作用机制。方法通过EMSA,应用探针标记技术,在转录水平进一步揭示了ETS1结合DNA能力的调控作用。结果随着宫颈鳞癌的发生发展,ETS1结合DNA的能力增强,EMSA中探针迁移率明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 ETS1与宫颈癌发生发展有相关性,其与肿瘤浸润和转移有密切的关系。
