湖南省基层药品不良反应监测哨点调查研究

本文对深入开展基层医疗机构设置药品不良反应监测哨点的必要性、可行性进行了调查研究,为我省制定基本药物安全性监管政策提供依据。本研究采取问卷调查、实地调研、座谈、统计分析、归纳总结相结合的方法,了解基层药品不良反应监测现状。100%的调研对象赞同设立基层药品不良反应监测哨点,但同时认为机构、人员和经费是阻碍哨点监测可持续发展的重要因素。通过研究,笔者认为在我省设立基层药品不良反应监测哨点切实可行。
