HPV-DNA检测及宫颈刮片在诊断子宫颈疾病中的应用分析

目的探讨宫颈细胞学检查及HPV-DNA检测对子宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法对2004年2月～2006年8月在我院体检发现宫颈异常的127例患者同时进行宫颈刮片、阴道镜检查及高危HPV检测,对一项或两项异常者行病理组织学检查,以病理结果为金标准,比较两种方法的检出敏感度。结果宫颈刮片阳性者61例,敏感度为48.03%,高危HPV感染者阳性114例,敏感度89.76%,与宫颈刮片的敏感度相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论采用宫颈细胞学检查及HPV-DNA检测能及早发现宫颈癌前病变,提高检出率,降低假阴性。

The Analyzed Practical Use of Cervical Cytological and HPV Test in the Diagnosis of Cervical Diseases

Objective To investigate the effect of cervical cytology and high risk HPV test simultaneously to diagnose of cervical disease. Methods 127 cases who had a physical examination found abnormal at our department received the cervical cytological test and high risk HPV test simultaneously to screen cervical diseases from February 2004 to August 2006. 127 abnormal cases were diagnosed with pathological test. The data were analyzed by the means of pathological test, and the sensitivity of two methods were compared. Results 61 cases were positive in cervical cytology, whose sensitivity was 48.03%, whereas 114 cases were positive in HPV, whose sensitivity was 89.76%, the difference of sensitivity was significant(P<0.01). Conclusions Cervical cytological tests and HPV DNA test combined with pathological test is useful to early find the pre-cancer disease in time, which can decrease false negative rate.
