增殖细胞核抗原表达与卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺癌预后的关系

 目的　探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在卵巢浆液性乳头状囊腺癌 (卵巢浆乳癌 )的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为及预后的关系。方法　用单克隆抗体PC10免疫组化 (LSBA)染色石蜡包埋的卵巢组织。结果　PCNA在卵巢良性浆液性肿瘤及恶性肿瘤中均有表达 ,但浆乳癌中PCNA的阳性表达率 (73% )明显高于良性及交界性卵巢肿瘤 (7% ,2 7% ,P <0 .0 5 )。卵巢浆乳癌中PCNA阳性表达率随临床期别的升高而升高 ,中晚期 (Ⅱ～Ⅲ期 )卵巢癌PCNA阳性表达率明显高于早期患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。单因素及多因素生存分析显示 ,PCNA表达与否是卵巢浆乳癌一个相对独立的预后指标 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　PCNA的阳性表达与卵巢浆乳癌的不良预后有关。

Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and its relation to prognosis

Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and its relation to the characteristics of biological behavior and prognosis. Methods PC10 immunostaining was used to stain PCNA in archival paraflin-embedded tissues. Results PCNA immunostaining was performed successfully in ovarian serous tumors, the expression of PCNA was significantly elevated in serous cystadenocarcinomas compared with serous cystadenoma and borderline serous cystadoma (73% vs 7%,27%, P < 0.05 ). Positive expression of PCNA was significantly correlated to clinical stage ( P < 0.05 ). Univariate and multivariate analysis of survival indicated that the level of PCNA expression is an independent prognostic indicator ( P < 0.001 ). Conclusion The overexpression of PCNA is closely correlated with the poor prognosis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
