老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗

目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折137例手术治疗情况。采用DHS钉固定113例，DHS钉加大粗隆接骨板固定15例，PFN钉治疗8例。结果随访103例，平均时间16个月，优69例，良23例，可9例，差2例。优良率89．3％，并发症发生率17．6％。结论手术治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折具有早期允许负重、功能恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Operation to elder intertrochanter fracture

To evaluate the surgical operation and outcome of the people with the intertrochanter fracture. The surgical outcomes of the 137 old patients with intertrochanter fracture had been analysed: 113 cases were fixed with DHS; 15 cases were fixed with DHS and osteotomy plate; 8 cases were fixed with PNF. 103 patients were followed up with an average of 16 months, with excellent in 69 cases, good in 23 cases, moderate in 9 cases, poor in 2 cases. The percentage of the excellent and good was 89.3%. complication was 17.6%. [Conclusions] The surgical treatment of the intertrochanter fracture in the older patient permit people to weight-bearing in early stage, and less complication and functional recovery as quickly as possible.
