利凡诺在中晚期高危妊娠引产中应用分析

目的研究利凡诺用于中晚期高危妊娠引产的应用。方法分析11年93例中晚期高危妊娠利凡诺引产的病例,以正常妊娠利凡诺引产病例为对照组。比较两组引产并发症发生率。并总结成功和安全进行高危妊娠引产的经验。结果高危妊娠组和正常妊娠组的胎盘胎膜残留和胎盘粘连的发生率无差异,高危妊娠组产后大出血的发生率较高。结论利凡诺用于中晚期高危妊娠是高效安全的,完善的引产前准备是高危妊娠引产成功和安全的保证。

The study to the application of rivanol in induced abortion of pregnancy with complications in the second and third trimester

Objective To study application of rivanol in induced abortion of pregnancy with complications in the second and third trimester. Methods 93 cases of induced abortion of pregnancy with complications in the second and third trimester administered rivanol were analyzed for the complication of the procedure, compared with the pregnancy without complication.The experience of successful and safe induced abortion of pregnancy with complications was shared. Results Of all 93 cases, 38.7 percent had persistence of fetal membrane and placenta, 12.9 percent postpartum hemorrhage, and 2 percent shock. Conclusions Rivanol intraamnotic is an effective and safe method in induced abortion with complications. The good preparation for the induced abortion of pregnancy complicated with medical conditions is of great importance for successful and safe outcome.
