摘    要:目的:研究金铁锁的化学成分及抑菌活性.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等手段进行分离、纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定.结果:从金铁锁的乙醇提取物中分离得到10个单体化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(1),N-甲基糖精(2),3-羟基--4-甲氧基苯甲酸(3),日尔曼醇(4),二十三烷酸(5),二十八烷(6),杜鹃花酸(7),琥珀酸(8),stellarine A(9),齐墩果烷-12-烯-3α,16α-二羟基-23,28-二酸(10).结论:除化合物10之外,其他化合物均为首次从金铁锁属植物中分离得到.研究表明化合物8,9有一定的抑菌活性.
