RA患者血sICAM-1、PTM水平变化及其临床意义

目的通过检测类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(Soluble intercellular adhesion molecules-1,sICAM-1)、血浆血栓调节蛋白(Plasma thrombomodulin,PTM)水平变化特点,探讨检测患者sICAM-1、PTM的临床意义.方法采用ELISA法检测了33例RA患者和30例健康对照组sICAM-1、PTM水平.结果RA患者sICAM-1、PTM水平变化特点:①患者血sICAM-1、PTM水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.01);②活动期患者sICAM-1、PTM水平显著高于稳定期患者(P＜0.01).结论RA患者体内存在sICAM-1、PTM的异常表达,与患者病情正相关,sICAM-1、PTM可能是RA活动的早期预测指标.检测患者sICAM-1、PTM水平可判断内皮细胞的损害及抗原递呈细胞活化状态,对于患者的病情判断及治疗效果观察,也具有一定的指导意义.

Changes of the level of the sICAM- 1 and PTM in RA patients

Purpose:Test the characteristics in the changes of the level of the soluble intercellular adhesion molecules - 1(sICAM - 1) and plasma thrombomodulin( PTM) of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients and probe into the clinical significance of the test. Method Have 33 RA patients and 30 healthy people(working as the compared group)tested with the ELISA method and compare their levels of sICAM - 1 and PTM. Result The characteristics in the changes of the level of the RA patients' sICAM - 1 and PTM: a. The level of the RA patients' sICAM -1 and PTM is obviously higher than that of the compared group; b. The level of the sICAM - 1 and PTM of the RA patients in the active period is higher than that of those in the steady period. Conclusion The unusal presention of sICAM - 1 and PTM existing in the patients' body has something to do with the patients' condition and is probably the forecasting index of the RA activities in the early stage. Testing the level of sICAM - 1 and PTM helps judge whether the endothelium cells are damaged and whether the antigen is gradually presenting a cell - activated state, which can also guide in the diagnosis of the patients'condition and the observation of the curative effects.
