| 摘 要： | 通过对229例单纯性室间隔缺损修补术病例的回顾性调查，对临床路径实施前后的医疗护理项目进行比较分析，结果发现，临床路径实施后I级护理、特级护理时间缩短，二联以上抗生素使用比例和一次性耗材用量明显减少。表明临床路径能减少不必要的检查和治疗，规范诊疗、护理行为，在保证医疗质量的同时降低医疗费用。

| Abstract: | According to the retrospectively 229 case histories survey of ventricular septal defect, it showed that, after the clinical pathway carried out, the time of Grade I nursing and special grade nursing reduced, the ratio of double-antibiotic, or even more decreased, the number of non-repeating material decreased. It indicated that the clinical pathway could not only reduce unnecessary examinations and treatment but also improve medical quality while reduce medical expenditure. |
