股骨粗隆间骨折六种手术方法的比较

目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折的六种手术方法的比较。方法自1990年至2005年收治股骨粗隆间骨折158例,分别采用六种内固定器材手术治疗并比较疗效。结果术后平均随访1.5年,并发症最少的是采用重建交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折。结论股骨重建交锁髓内钉是目前治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的一种较好的方法,并发症少。

Comparison with six surgical treatments for femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To investigate six surgical treatments for femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods From 1990 to 2005,158 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with 6 internal fixations seperately.Results All the patients were followed up for an average of 1.5 years.The treatment which caused the fewest complications was the internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fracture by adapting interlocking reconstruction nail.Conclusion At present,a better mehod for femoral intertrochanteric fracture is femoral interlocking reconstruction nail.It can cause fewer complications.
