我院1998-2007年获奖科技成果统计分析

【目的】回顾我院10年来科技成果获奖情况，对我院科技奖励的特点及存在问题进行分析，提出相应的建议和对策，为进一步做好成果奖励工作提供借鉴。【方法】收集了我院1998—2007年的获奖科技成果，对获奖成果的时间、学科，获奖第一完成人职称、年龄的分布等情况进行统计分析。【结果】1998—2007年我院获各级科技成果奖207项，呈逐年增长之势，特别是近4年明显上升。学科分布以基础医学、临床医学成果为主，共获奖166项，占80．19％，军事医学、预防医学等获奖成果较少41项，占19．80％。获奖人员高、中级职称所占比例为96．61％。获奖人员平均年龄40岁。【结论】在成果数量增加的同时更应该注重成果的含金量；作为武警部队院校，应多产出贴近武警部队中心任务的成果，提高我院军事医学科研的水平；应加强学科建设及各重点学科间的联合，获取大成果。

Analysis on the award-winning of scientific and technological achievements of Medical College of Chinese People's Armed Police Force from 1998 to 2007

Objective] To analyze the advantage and problem of the award-winning of scientific and technological achievements in the past 10 years retrospectively, according to the development, characteristics and trends of scientific work in our college, for the further improvement and reference. Methods] Awards from 1998 to 2007 in our college of the national, provincial and ministerial level and the Tianjin Science and Technology Award winning were collected, and analyze according to the outcome of the award- winning time, the subject, the title, and the age distribution. Results] From 1998 to 2007, the amount of all levels of science and technology achievement awards was 207, and it had a growing ten- dency, particularly it increased in the recent four years. Subject of distribution was mainly basic and clinical medicine. The total amount of winning was 166, accounting for 80.19%, military medicine, preventive medicine, and other award-winning were fewer, the amount was 41, accounting for 19.80%. In the award-winning staff, the proportion of intermediate grade was 96. 61%. The average age was 40 years old. Conclusions] Care should not only for the quantities but also more on the quality of the awards. As an institution of the CAPF, more achievements related to the key duties of the CAPF should be produced, and enhances the level of military medical study. The construction and coordination among the key subjects should be emphaszed for obtaining more awards.
