锁骨骨折内固定术治疗78例临床疗效分析

目的：比较锁骨折中重建钢板、髓内克氏针两种内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：78例锁骨骨折患者分为重建钢板组41例与髓内克氏针组37例,术后12个月内跟踪回访评定疗效。结果：重建钢板组与髓内克氏针组均全部愈合、少见畸形愈合。重建钢板组优良率为95.1%,髓内克氏针组优良率为83.8%。结论：重建钢板内固定法较髓内克氏针内固定法治疗锁骨骨折疗效更为满意,临床应视具体情况合理选择内固定方法。

Fixation of clavicular fractures clinical analysis of 78 cases

Objective：To compare the clavicle compromise reconstruction plate,intramedullary kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of two fractures of the clinical efficacy of the lock.Methods：78 cases of fracture were divided into reconstruction plate lock 41 patients with intramedullary kirschner wire group,37 cases within 12 months after track return vis its evaluated.Results：The reconstruction plate group and the intramedullary kirschner wire group were healed,malunion rare.Reconstruction plate group was 95.1% excellent,excellent intramedullary kirschner wire group was 83.8%.Conclusion：The reconstruction plate fixation over intramedullary kirschner wire fixation treatment of fractures are more satisfied with the lock,the clinical situation should be a reasonable choice,as the fixation method.
