| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨美皮康治疗PICC置管后所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将84例PICC置管后发生静脉炎的患者分成两组。观察组采用美皮康敷贴治疗,对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷的方法治疗,观察两组患者静脉炎治愈的时间及有效率。结果:观察组治愈静脉炎的平均时间短于对照组,且治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,两组结果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:用美皮康治疗PICC置管后引起的静脉炎,可缩短治愈时间,提高治愈率,有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广使用。
