| 摘 要： | 通过对华阳地段医院１９９６～１９９８年医院收支、财政拨款与防保经费收支情况分析，阐述了医院补偿机制的重要性和必要性。探讨医院补偿途径，提出新形势下拓宽卫生筹资渠道，对于基层医院卫生服务功能定位，促进医疗改革顺利实施具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | An analysis performed on Huayang Community Hospital' s revenue and expenditure, financial allocation, prevention and health care funds in the period 1996 - 1998, expounds the importance and necessity of reimbursement mechanisms for maintenance and development of community health service; evaluates the benefits of community hospital in disease prevention, health promotion, treating simple cases and allowing large hospitals to devote resources to those needs which require advanced technology; explores how to better combine community health service to primary health care and to hospital services in ways which facilitate work division, cooperation, contribution to the development of each other, for optimal and maximal benefits of various health services. |
