内眦窝成形器的研制与临床应用

目的：研究内眦窝重建手术技术，以提高眼部整形手术效果。方法：研制出内眦窝成形器并应用于临床，术中采用彻底清除瘢痕、选择最适宜的骨孔位置、术后外观塑形三项手术技术。结果：将手术效果分为三级：Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为治愈，术后半年观察手术效果治愈率达89．9％。结论：彻底清除瘢痕，选择最适宜的骨孔，术后外观塑形是内眦窝重建手术的三大技术要素。内眦窝成形器对维持手术效果可起到重要作用。

Clinical usage and study on the operation technique of the inner canthus nest reconstruction

Objective: In order to raise the plastic operation effect, the operation technique of the inner canthus nest reconstruction was studied. Methods: Three kinds skill were been utilized, which were removing scar, selective appropriate born hole and appearance shaping. The inner canthus nest appearance shaping apparatus was be developed and used for clinic. Results: The operation effect was divided into three degrees, land lldegree were defined as cure . Cure rate reached 89.9%. The operation effect was observed after operation half of year. Conclusion: Removing scar, selective appropriate born hole and appearance shaping were three kinds skill element. The inner canthus nest shaping apparatus play an important role for persistence of operation effect.
