左卡尼汀对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者红细胞免疫功能及抗氧化功能的影响

目的:观察左卡尼汀对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析(血透)患者红细胞免疫功能及抗氧化功能的影响。方法:维持性血透患者44例,随机分为治疗组(23例)和对照组(21例)。治疗组静滴左卡尼汀1.0g,3次/周,疗程3个月;对照组静滴等量生理盐水;治疗前后检测红细胞C3b花环率(RBC-C3b)、红细胞免疫复合物花环试验(RBC-IC)及红细胞过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和血脂。结果:治疗组红细胞SOD活性增加,RBC-C3b明显升高(P<0.05),但血浆MDA、RBC-IC和低密度脂蛋白均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:静滴左卡尼汀可改善慢性肾功能衰竭血透患者的红细胞免疫功能低下及提高抗氧化能力。

Effect of L-carnitine on the Erythrocyte Immune Function and Anti-Oxidation Capability in Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To study the effects of L-carnitine on the erythrocyte immune function and in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Method: Fourty-four hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-four patients were given L-carnitine oraly with a dosage of 3 g/w, while the twenty-two control patients were given normal saline. Erythrocyte immune function including RBC-C3b,RBC-IC and SOD,MDA, blood lipid were measured before and after therapy.Results: After L-carnitine therapy,SOD,RBC-C3bincreased significantly (P<0.05), the serum LDL and RBC-IC and MDA decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion: Supplement of L-carnitine can improve the erythrocyte immune function and anti-oxidation capability in hemodialysis patients.
