| 摘 要： | 目的 建立胃灵颗粒的制备工艺及质量控制方法，通过药理实验研究胃灵颗粒对消化性溃疡的愈合作用。方法 采用水煎煮提取方法制备胃灵颗粒，用薄层色谱法控制质量，用大鼠乙酸型慢性溃疡模型和幽门结扎胃液分析测定法，观察该药的抗溃疡作用和对胃溃疡愈合质量的影响。结果 胃灵颗粒可显著促进胃溃疡的愈合，且一少胃溃疡愈合创面再生组织的炎症细胞浸润，提高胃溃疡的愈合质量。结论 胃灵颗粒能有效提高消化性溃疡的愈合质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To set up the preparation technology and quality control methods of WeiLing KeLI(WLKL),by pharmaceutical experiment investigating the effect of WLKLon quality of ulcer healing(QOUH).METHODS WLKL was prepared by simmering and abstracting in water.Quality can be controlled by thin layer color table method.To observe its effect of anti ulcer and QOUH by the rat model of chronic gastric ulcer and the method of analzing and determining the pylori ligation gastric juice.RESULTS WLKL can stimulate gastric ulcer healing remarkably,and can obviously reduce the regenerated tissue in the healing surface of gastric ulcer infiltrated by the inflamed cells,and improve the quality of ulcer healing.CONCLUSION WLKL can effectively improve the quality of gastric ulcer healing. |
