| 摘 要： | 目的 研究治疗尖锐湿疣的病毒净搽液的制备法和疗效。方法 拟定制备工艺，建立ＴＬＣ临别等质量控制实验，对其稳定性初步考察和进行临床观察。结果 制备工艺可行，搽剂质量稳定，对尖锐湿疣临床观察总有效率８６．２％。结论病毒净搽剂是一种治疗尖锐湿疣的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study making method of virus cleaning emulsion and its clinical effect in the treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum.Methods] The technology of making virus cleaning was designed, The quality control test by using TLC was established and its stability was inspected primarily. clinical Observations was used. Result] The technology of making virus cleaning exmulsion was practicable. The quality of the virus cleaning emulsion was stable. The total effective rate for Condyloma Acuminatum was 86.2%. Conclusion] virus cleaning emulsion was an effective drug in the treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum. |
