一起中学诺瓦克样病毒胃肠炎暴发疫情的调查

目的 对一起中学生胃肠炎爆发疫情进行流行病学调查。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法对该中学胃肠炎的流行病学特征进行分析。结果2006年2月5日，梅县一所中学高二级、高三级师生共2600多人返校。2月7～13日，该中学有200名学生出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、低热等症状；随机采集患者的6份粪便用酶联免疫法（ELISA）进行诺瓦克样病毒抗原检测，4份出现阳性。根据患者的临床症状体征、流行病学调查、实验室检测，排除了食物中毒等因素，确定为一起诺瓦克样病毒胃肠炎暴发疫情。结论经启动公共卫生突发事件应急预案，采取综合防制措施，从2月14日起连续5d无新发病例发生，所有患者经梅县人民医院治疗全部治愈出院，无后遗症、无死亡。

Survey of outbreak of Novak-like viral gastroenteritis in a school

Objective To conduct epidemiological survey of an outbreak of gastroenteritis in the students of a middle school. Methods The outbreak of gastroenteritis in a middle school was surveyed and its epidemiological features were analyzed. Results On February 5, 2006, there were altogether more than 2 600 teachers and senior middle school students returned to the school in Meixian. During February 7 - 13th, the symptoms of disgusting, vomits, distension of abdomen, abdominal pain, diarrhea, low heat occurred to 200 students in this middle school. Six stool samples were randomly colleted from the ill students and determined by using ELISA for the Novak - LIKE virus antigen, Positive results were observed in 4 samples and food poisoning was excluded after epidemiological survey, clinical examination and laboratory test, thus it was confirmed to be an outbreak of gastroenteritis due to Novak - like virus infection. Conclusion The outbreak of infection of Novak - like virus infection was controlled and all the patients were cured without deaths after starting emergency predetermined plan for dealing with suddenly occurred public health event, comprehensive measures were taken.
