沙特式拔罐放血疗法及其在临床上的应用

沙特式拔罐放血疗法：病人取坐位或卧位，充分暴露放血的部位，主要在背部及颈项部（相当于中医针灸的膈俞、风池、大椎穴及阿是穴）放血。剃除局部的毛发后在相关腧穴上拔罐5～10分钟，起罐后用75％酒精消毒放血局部、罐口及其内壁。术者戴上无菌手套及口罩，用一次性手术刀片在充血的罐印内划破表皮10刀左右，即刻在局部再次拔罐，此时血液便涌出流入罐内，5～10分钟罐内血液凝固后起罐，再用75％酒精清洁刀口以外的血迹，2％碘酊消毒刀口局部，覆盖消毒纱布并用胶布固定24小时。适应范围：保健、预防疾病，治疗由实热、瘀血及气滞引起的病症。
