常年性鼻炎患者血清和鼻分泌物总IgE测定

通过比较29例常年性变应性鼻炎、14例可疑变应性鼻炎和16例常年性非变应性鼻炎患者血清及鼻分泌物总IgE的检测结果,并与12例鼻部健康者进行了对照。结果:常年性变应性鼻炎患者鼻分泌物总IgE均值及升高例数显著高于可疑变应性鼻炎(P<0.01;P<0.05)和常年性非变应性鼻炎(P<0.01;P<0.05),其血清总IgE均值与可疑变应性鼻炎无显著性差异(P>0.05)但高于常年性非变应性鼻炎(P<0.05),其血清总IgE水平上升例数与可疑变应性鼻炎及常年性非变应性鼻炎患者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示鼻分泌物总IgE检测对于不伴哮喘的常年性变应性鼻炎的诊断价值远比血清总IgE为大,并建议若易分泌物总IgE大于3iu/ml,则考虑为鼻变态反应病。

Total IgE in the serum and the nasal secreation in patients with perennial rhinitis

Total IgE in both serum and nasal secreation of 29 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR), 14cases of dubious, 16 cases of nonallergic rhinitis and 12 cases of healthy control were quantitativelymeasured by using BA-ELISA. The mean value with standard deviation of total IgE and the frequencywith increasing levels of total IgE in nasal secreation were significantly greater (P<0. 01; P<0. 05)inPAR than dubious allergic rhinitis and nonallergic rhinitis. There was no marked difference (P>0. 05)between PAR and dubious allergic rhinitis about the serum total IgE. The data showed that ex-amination of total IgE in nasal secreation is far more important than serum total IgE for diagnosis ofperennial rhinitis, and that the nasal secration total IgE value being over 3 iu/ml is suggestive of anasal allergy.
