| 摘 要： | 目的:了解医务人员的职业倦怠水平,探索影响职业倦怠的因素的关系。方法:采用Maslach工作倦怠普适量表(MBI-GS)等对194名内科及精神科医护人员进行调查。结果:工龄、受教育程度等对职业倦怠有一定影响。精神科医护人员低成就感明显,情感枯竭显著;内科护士情感枯竭高于精神科。医务人员情感枯竭与职业满意度各维度负相关性明显。玩世不恭与职业满意度各维度、社会支持总分、客观支持及支持利用度呈负相关;低成就感与社会支持总分、主观支持呈负相关,与精神质及神经质呈显著正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,工龄、内在满意度及有无子女3个因素能有效预测医务人员情绪枯竭程度(P<0.05)。内在满意度、工龄、社会支持总分及有无子女4个因素能有效预测医务人员玩世不恭程度(P<0.05)。精神质、受教育程度、职务、婚姻及神经质5个因素能有效预测医务人员低成就感程度(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员的职业倦怠明显,特别是精神科医师的职业倦怠不容乐观。
