摘    要:采用“智慧芽”专利工具检索中国移动医疗专利,从年度申请量、专利申请人、技术领域、区域分布、高价值专利几个角度进行定量和定性分析的结果显示,国内移动医疗专利研发创新能力亟待提高,国内专利申请人比较集中,大多数专利集中在少部分人手里;国内专利申请领域不均衡但有特色,国内专利技术申请区域集中,各地区申请量差异显著,国内在专利分布最多的技术领域中,高价值专利不多。通过专利分析有利于及时发现我国移动医疗领域的技术空白和科学地开展研发。

Abstract:Mobile medical patents in our country were retrieved using the "Patsnap" patent tool and analyzed by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis respectively from the perspective of their annual application amount, their applicants, their technical fields, their regional distribution and highly-valued patents, which showed that the innovative R & D ability of domestic mobile medical patents needs to be improved, the domestic patent applicants are relatively concentrated, the majority of mobile medical patents are held in a small number of patentees, the mobile medical patent application fields are uneven with their own characteristics, the domestic mobile medical patent application regions are centralized with a significant difference in their application amount, the number of highly-valued mobile medical patents is small in the highest technical field of their distribution. Analysis of mobile medical patents helps to find their technical blank points in our country and to scientifically carry out the R & D of mobile medical patents.
