选择性激光熔覆钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响

摘    要:目的探讨选择性激光熔覆(selective laser melting,SLM)烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响。方法选择钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复患者62例,烤瓷冠86颗,依据修复体分为两组,A组为选择性激光熔覆(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)钴铬合金烤瓷冠44颗,B组选用常规钴铬合金烤瓷冠42颗。修复后3和6个月观察两组基牙牙周指标变化、龈沟液中白细胞介素8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)变化。结果修复后3个月,两组在牙周指标和炎症因子方面较修复前无明显变化(P>0.05)。修复后6个月,A组各指标较修复前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。B组牙周指标较修复前显著增加,IL-10较修复前显著减少(P <0.05)。结论 SLM钴铬合金烤瓷冠较常规钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙周组织影响更小。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of selective laser melting cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown on periodontal tissues.Methods Totally 86 crowns were chosen from 62 patients.They were divided into two groups by crown types.There were 44 selective laser melting cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns in Group A and 42 conventional cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns in Group B.The changes of periodontal indexes and content of the Interleukin-8 and Interleukin-10 in gingival crevicular fluid before and after the repair were compared.Results For both groups,the periodontal indexes and Interleukin-8 and Interleukin-10 contents did not change remarkably in Month 3 after the restoration.In Month 6,no significant difference in such indexes was observed for Group A(P>0.05),but there was a significant increase in periodontal index and a remarkable decrease in IL-10 for Group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Selective laser melting cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown has less impact on periodontal tissue than conventional cobalt chromium alloy ceramic crown.
