摘    要:目的:分析中国和全球呼吸面罩领域的专利发展形势,为一线医护人员、企业改进该领域技术提供参考借鉴。方法:采用专利情报分析法,从基本布局、技术热点、专利市场、技术转化等方面剖析中国和全球呼吸面罩领域的专利量和价值。结果:虽然中国在呼吸面罩领域的专利申请数量位居世界第一,但前10位的专利申请人仍以国外公司居多,说明中国在该领域技术优势的企业相对较少,专利布局较为分散。中国与全球在该领域的技术热点基本相同,其范围主要以气体处理法影响患者呼吸系统的器械为主,但我国在国际市场竞争中各项专利指标较低,没有出现较强的市场竞争者,其技术还有很大的进步空间。结论:全球成功的成果转化项目主要与供氧相关,建议中国企业与国外企业合作,创新改进制氧、吸氧等相关技术的研究,促成中国专利技术的产业化发展。

Abstract:Objective To provide the reference and suggestions for medical staff and enterprises to improve their respiratory mask patent technologies by analyzing the development of domestic and global respiratory mask patent technologies. Methods The number and value of domestic and global respiratory mask patent technologies were analyzed in aspects of their basic distribution, hotspots, markets and transfer by patent information analysis. Results The domestic application number of respiratory mask patents ranked first in the world, but most of the top 10 respiratory mask patent applicants were foreigners, indicating that the number of respiratory mask patent technology enterprises is relatively small and the distribution of respiratory mask patents is relatively decentralized in China. The hotspots in domestic and global respiratory mask patent technologies were similar. The devices for respiratory system were mainly treated with gas and the indicators of respiratory mask patent technologies were relatively low with no strong market competitors in China, suggesting that there is a large room for improving the respiratory mask patent technologies. Conclusion The global transfer of respiratory mask patent technology projects is oxygen inhalation, it is thus suggested that Chinese enterprises should cooperate with foreign enterprises to innovate the oxygen preparation and oxygen inhalation-related technologies in order to promote the industrialized development of Chinese patent technologies.
