| 摘 要： | 建立检测抗菌织品抑菌效果的方法。采用酶标仪检测液体培养基的吸光度值,计算细菌生长抑制率,评价抗菌纺织品抑菌效果。结果,20份抗菌织品对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率为3%~99%;1、5和7号抗菌纺织品对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率达到80%以上。所有20种抗菌纺织品对大肠杆菌均无明显抑菌作用。结论:用酶标仪检测细菌浓度是抗菌纺织品抑菌效果检测的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the method for examination of bacteriostatic efficacy of antibacterial textiles,enzyme-labelling measuring instrument was used to measure the absorbance value of liquid culture medium for calculating the inhibiting rate of bacterial growth,thus evaluating bacteriostatic efficacy of the antibacterial toxtiles.Results: Twenty kinds of antibacterial textiles gave rise to bacteriostatic rates of 3%～99% for inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.No1,No 5 and No 7 antibacterial textiles inhibited over 80% of Staphylococcus aureus.All 20 kinds of the antibacterial textiles had no significant bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli.Conclusion: Measuring bacterial concentration with enzyme-labelling measuring instrument is an effective method for examining bacteriostatic efficacy of anti-bacterial textiles. |
