三七花苷毒理安全性研究

摘    要:目的:通过毒理学测试三七花苷安全性,为三七花苷开发提供一定的实验依据。方法:小鼠经口急性毒性试验、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/回复突变试验(Ames试验)、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、90d喂养试验。结果:经口急性毒性试验表明,LD50〉15g/kg;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和小鼠精子畸形试验结果均为阴性;90d喂养试验中体重和食物利用率、血液学指标均无异常,生化指标在正常值范围内,未见大鼠器官组织病理学改变。结论:未见三七花苷具有毒性作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study toxicological safety of panax notoginseng flower saponins(PNFS)and provide assessment data for research and development of panax notoginseng flower.Methods:Mouse acute toxicity test,Ames test,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test,mouse sperm abnormality test and 90-day feeding test were used.Result:LD50 in mouse acute toxicity test was higher than 15 g/kg.The negative results were shown in Salmonella reverse mutation assay,mouse bone marrow cell micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test.No significant differences were found in body weight,food efficiency and blood endpoint values between testing groups and control group.Furthermore,the values of serum biochemical endpoints separately fell into the ranges of their normal specific concentrations.An absence of histological changes in rat organs was observed.Conclusion:No toxic effects of PNFS were observed in this study.
