下牙槽神经撕脱术对三叉神经痛患者下颌骨骨密度的影响

目的:研究下牙槽神经撕脱术对三叉神经痛患者下颌骨骨密度的影响。方法:对32例单侧型三叉神经第Ⅲ支疼痛患者行下牙槽神经撕脱术,使用双能X线测量仪于术前1 d、术后第2、5年测量双侧下颌骨骨密度。结果:与术前比较,总体上患侧下颌骨骨密度于术后第5年明显降低,其中女性患者于术后第2年已显著下降(P<0.05),而健侧下颌骨骨密度却无明显变化。结论:下牙槽神经的丧失可导致区域性下颌骨代谢紊乱,从而引起骨质疏松。

Effect of Surgical Avulsion of the Inferior Alveolar Nerve on the Mandible Bone Density

Objective: The effect of surgical avulsion of the inferior alveolar nerve on the mandible bone density has been analyzed.Methods: Thirty-two patients(15 men and 17 women,aged from 35 to 65 years) who suffered form unilateral trigeminal neuralgia(the third division) have been treated with surgical avulsion of the inferior alveolar nerve.Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure the mandible bone density of both sides 1 day before operation and at years 2,and 5 after the operation.Results: When compared with status before operation,the mandible bone density on the operative side was significantly reduced in all the patients at year 5 after the operation,especially in women the reduction was remarkable at year 2 after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion: The avulsion of the inferior alveolar nerve will lead to regionally disordered metabolism in the mandible,in turn mandible osteoporosis may ensue.
