氯沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的:观察氯沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:58例患者随即分为对照组和治疗组各29例,2组均给予常规综合治疗,对照组给予氯沙坦钾治疗;治疗组给予氯沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊治疗。治疗4周后比较2组血清肌酐和尿微量白蛋白水平。结果:2组治疗后血清肌酐、尿微量白蛋白均低于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯沙坦钾联合金水宝胶囊治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Losartan Potassium with JINSHUIBAO Capsule in Patients with Early Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective Observation of losartan potassium with Jinshuibao capsule in treating early type 2 diabetic nephropathy clinical effect . Methods 58 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 29 cases in each group ,The 2 groups were given routine treatment,The control group was given losartan in the treatment of;The treatment group were treated with losartan potassium with Jinshuibao capsule in the treatment of. After 4 weeks of treatment were compared between the 2 groups of serum creatinine and urinary micro albumin levels. Results In 2 groups after the treatment the serum creatinine, urinary albumin were obviously lower than those before therapy,And the treatment group was better than the control group,There were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Losartan potassium with Jinshuibao capsule in treating early diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus curative effect remarkable .
