摘    要:目的探讨8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)在早产儿喂养不耐受患者中的表达和意义。方法将98例早产儿分为喂养不耐受组(48例)和对照组(50例),收集外周血和尿液,采用ELISA方法检测8-OHdG的表达。结果喂养不耐受组早产儿外周血8-OHdG,第1、7、14天尿8-OHdG的表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应激(DNA氧化损伤)可能参与了早产儿喂养不耐受的发病,应激可能是早产儿喂养不耐受的发病机制之一;8-OHdG是评估早产儿喂养不耐受的参考指标。

Expression and significance of 8-OHdG in preterm infant with feeding intolerance

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and significance of 8-Hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanine (8-OHdG) in preterm infant with feeding intolerance. Methods 98 cases of preterm infant were divided into feeding intolerance group (48 cases) and control group (50 cases),expression of 8-OHdG in peripheral blood and urine were measured by ELISA kit between feeding intolerance group and control group. Results 8-OHdG levels in peripheral blood and in urine at day 1,7,14 in feeding intolerance group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion DNA oxidative injury might implicate in the pathogenesis of feeding intolerance in preterm infants,stress may be involved in feeding intolerance of preterm infants. 8-OHdG might be a useful parameter for monitoring feeding intoerance in preterm infant.
